All you need is:
-Scissors
-Paper
-Pen/Marker
-Ruler

Cut a strip of paper long enough to wrap around
your finger.
v Wrap the paper strip around the finger to be sized. Make sure the strip
is snugly fit. Mark the joint with pen or maker.
v
Line
the paper strip down against the ruler. Measure from the beginning of the strip
to the mark point.
v
Compare
your measurement with the charge below.
